How we started
Wassel started from a simple observation: people in Egypt rarely complain about delivery itself — they complain about not knowing where the order is or who is responsible when something goes wrong.
We built Wassel to fix that first. Every order has a clear journey on the map, a realistic ETA, and support that answers in minutes.
Today we work with hundreds of restaurants, stores and pharmacies, plus a trained rider network — aiming to be Egypt's first choice for delivery.
